A Belgian classic.
Ours since 2003.
Since the 18th Century
The Liège waffle is rooted in a centuries-old tradition. Its origins date back to 18th-century Liège, where, according to legend, the Prince-Bishop’s cook created a special dough filled with pieces of sugar. As the waffle baked, the sugar caramelised — giving the Liège waffle its signature golden crust and rich flavour that we still know and love today.

Our Waffle
In 2003, we started with one ambition: to make this Belgian classic even better.
Using the traditional recipe as our foundation, we spent years perfecting our own balance. The right proportions, enough time for the dough to rest, and exactly the right way of baking it.
We believe in keeping things simple: the finest ingredients, craftsmanship, and one little secret.
The result? A waffle that is golden and lightly caramelised on the outside, yet deliciously soft on the inside.
More than twenty years of experience can be tasted in every waffle we bake today, right in the heart of Brussels.
A tradition born in Liège.
Perfected by us since 2003.
