Every journey starts somewhere. Ours began in 2003, with one man’s idea and a passion for a true Belgian classic: the Liège waffle.
But Le Roi de la Gaufre was never built by one person alone. What started as an idea soon became a family journey — shaped by years of working together, sharing knowledge, refining our craft and welcoming people through our doors.
Over the years, our family has continued to build on that original vision: to create a Liège waffle people would remember. Made with care, rooted in Belgian tradition and perfected in our own way.
